Quality Objectives

Our Quality Objectives are to Establish, Document, Implement and Maintain the QMS for conformance of the product / processes to relevant Quality Plan and continually improve its effectiveness by following.
1) Rejection level is to be reduced every year.
2) Customer Complaints are to be maintained below 2 % of the total production.
3) To improve sales every year by 10 % of previous year.
4) To motivate & involve all for the QMS by providing training for 4 hours in a year or as per need.
5) To improve and maintain product delivery and purchasing schedule as per planned arrangement.
